I’ve been turned away from so many jobs because of my tattoos and stretched ears, jobs that would not have been affected in anyway because of these things. I was discriminated against because some people can’t handle that which is different. “A new bill in congress makes posting a video containing any copyrighted work a felony - with up to 5 years in prison.
But wait…didn’t Justin Bieber get famous by posting YouTube videos of himself singing copyrighted R&B songs? Yep. If this bill passes, he could get 5 years in jail”
While the premis may be comical, this hits too close to home. Any of my concert videos, any of the Meet Marcus videos, or any vlog where I have music in the intro, would get me arrested and put in jail? THAT’S RIDICULOUS!
