MY FIRST BASEBALL GAME EVER!

Last week I had the pleasure of being able to take a van full of students to a Winnipeg Goldeyes game to celebrate the end of our awesome 2012 Summer Program (at The Bunker Ministry in Winkler).
It was so much fun! Not only did I get to experience paying a small mortgage for a burger, I also had the calming sensation of fans heckling players around me…another first!
I actually couldn’t believe how relaxing the whole thing was. I used to be a huge BlueJays fan when I was kid, but as I grew up the game became more and more boring :P But I got into this, it was fun, and I even found myself rising up to yell like a moron!

Would I do it again? Yup! But I think I’d like to travel the extra hours to checkout a Twins game next time ;)
