Saturday sleep-in’s
2013: Day 15
Today was my “I’m not making any plans so I can spend the whole day getting these creative ideas out of my head” day…
Worked on bringing together details on some events (I find editing posters to be a calming process). And got to spend the afternoon making/eating taco’s with some amazing students!
Came home, popped on Xfiles, finished a few chapters in one of my books, got back into finishing MassEffect3, and started a new painting (again, something I find calming and invigorating!) Felt nice to continue some hobbies that I haven’t touched since before the Holiday rush.
Did I mention I got a parcel in the mail today? Containing a pack of ‘bacon candy’ and a shirt with a piece of bacon on it?! Thanks again Bre :)
Today was a mix of a bit of the old with a bit of the new!

1. My weekend started on Thursday when Curb came out for a coffee tasting at Jonny’s Java
2. We spent as much time as possible on our bikes!
3. My work (The Bunker) had it’s grand opening; lots of people and food :)
4. Went on a man-date in a nice car!
5. Saw Prometheus twice - it’s that good!
6. CaptainBear played a reunion jam session at The Station

BBQ’ing, biking, and icecream with the babe. The raddest nephews birthday. Amazing breakfast and brunch. Learning new tricks on my iPad. Finally finishing my book. And the Game Of Thrones (Season2) premiere.
