- the movie is the title -
James Bond and Indiana Jones fight aliens with the help of metaphors in the shape of Native Americans. It has explosions, gun fights, and Olivia Wilde. If you go into this movie expecting something deep, or walk out of it upset that there isn’t enough “development” then you shouldn’t be allowed out of your house.

*SPOILER ALERT*
So, Green Lantern, was a lot of fun. Ryan Reynolds was hilarious as always, and surprisingly it wasn’t as annoying as I thought it would be. Blake Lively…well she didn’t really add anything to the movie…but she was nice eye-candy. The CGI was horrible, and the explanation behind that is that roughly 2 months ago they weren’t even done production on the movie…the rush to get the movie out in time to be a “summer blockbuster” shows. In fact the whole movie is one of those you walk out of thinking “that felt rushed”.Heroes: The GL Corps, really rad aliens with the best power ever! I liked the 3 “main” GL’s but it would’ve been nice to open it up and see a broader spectrum of the 3600 others *cough*sequel*cough*Villains: Paralax and his minion, doctor what’s his name. The Doc felt too forced, like they added him in at the last minute. The all-powerful Paralax though…holy crap! Imagine Fantastic Four’s Galactus with the head of a demon! After the Credits: When Sinestro finally puts on the Yellow-Fear ring, could have used some kind of struggle, but makes me look forward to the sequel far more than I looked forward to this movie.

More Reboots+Sequels…Really?!!??
Today the Gawker network is pumped full of movie remake news, and as always the “new” movies coming out are nothing but reworked and rehashed counterparts to movies we know and love. Some are bad, some are good, and in my opinion all are unnecessary!
Clash of the Titans 2 is being set to release spring of 2012, in an attempt to snatch up Sam Worthington before he starts filming Avatar 2. Does Hollywood not realize that Clash is a remake of an already existing movie…a movie that doesn’t have a sequel to remake…and a first remake that didn’t even do that well with audiences?!!

Aliens, one of the greatest sci-fi movies of all time, is getting 2 prequels added to its lineup. At least Ridley Scott is back on board to direct, but he released a statement saying he’s changing the iconic look of the Aliens. He wants to get away from the campy feel that the Alien vs Predator movies have created, and get back into a darker/creepier feel.
